more times than we’d like to admit, we’re our own problem. one of the biggest things i’m learning as i get older is that everyone is human, and it is too their first time doing this thing called life – as it is ours. i had a realization this weekend as something happened to me that was out of my control, and started erupting emotions that were unnecessary as it wouldn’t change the situation. sometimes a lot of the patterns and habits we have are reactions to actions done to us, and most times it can be unfair.

it comes to a point where you owe it to yourself to do better for yourself.

everything in life is choice based, however, when you stop and think about decision making and the path that you’re going down you want to keep in mind that it was always already going to happen. grasp that concept when it comes to life and things will get much easier. regardless of a split decision choice we make, that destiny and/or fate is already written for you to do what you had intentions on doing.

everything around us and everybody around us are placed pieces on God’s huge chess board. i always reference the scenario of when you miss your flight. that seat that free’d up was a blessing to someone with maybe a more dire situation and needed to get to their destination. while in hindsight, your delay made you slow down and be present and possibly you avoided a devastating situation that could’ve happened on the way to the Airport. only God knows and we can do nothing but play our parts with a grateful heart.

when i decided i wanted to write an ebook, i questioned myself continuously like ‘wow, am i even qualified to do this?’ or ‘yea, i’m sure no one is even going to buy it.’ yet again being my own problem. i had to be honest with myself. i always say i want to do better with who i am, my career, and ideas i have but always result to the same bullshit that keeps me complacent to where i’m at currently unhappy with my life.

at some point we have to realize we can’t continue to be victims of our own decisions

and that simply means we can’t keep crying wolf, and ignore that the wolf is in the mirror. yup, i know i ate that huh? lol. you owe it to yourself to be at least just one percent better than you were the day before. everyday doesn’t have to be a hundred percent and everyday you won’t feel that high, however, owe it to yourself to do what’s best for you and what you want to do. we wake up everyday with the free will to make our own decisions, don’t be a victim of yours.

my ebook, not another ebook, is a tip guide that i have been keeping track of as i’ve been growing my Social Media. content has always been a thing for me for YEARS now, but initially it was something that i loved doing and was good at, but didn’t have any idea on how to monetize it or what that even was. however, i always had structure across my platforms so whenever i was ready to TURN UP! with it, i was ready so i didn’t have to get ready.

so all of those notes turned into a comprehensive guide to really help the foundation of where to take your social media for the overall presentation, and how to effectively use each of the platforms for what they’re sort of molded out to be.
